This mixer scraper paddle can continuously beat, scrape, and mix ingredients on the side and bottom to ensure thorough mixing without scratching your mixing bowl, which can cut mixing time by as much as 50%.

The flex edge beater excels in a full range of mixing applications, including creaming butter, sugar and eggs, cookies, cheesecakes, waffle dough, mashed potatoes, pie pastry and more. It mixes the ingredients better and makes scraping unnecessary, making it ideal for light to medium-heavy mixtures.

The scraper paddle can also double as a spatula, with flexible silicone edges that can wipe the bowl clean when pouring finished batters and frostings from the bowl.
