MULTIPURPOSE GRINDER MILL: Our grinders are primarily suitable for crushing all kinds of dry/dehydrated materials, including grains (rice, soybeans, corn, wheat, coffee beans), spices (pepper, star anise, rosemary), herbs, and medicinal materials. Please ensure that the grinding material is dry and covered with long blades, but not more than 2/3 of the storage capacity.

SAFE TO USE: The buckles on both sides of the grinder can be tightened securely, and the thicker food-grade stainless steel construction is not dangerous during use. To protect your safety, the grinder will automatically turn off the power when overloaded. Simply press the red button to reset, and you can continue using it normally. However, it is advised to use the grinder for a maximum of 3 minutes at a time, with a 5-10 minute rest period between each grinding session to avoid continuous operation.

CLEANING AND STORAGE: Do not wash the grinder with water directly after grinding, as this can damage the motor. Instead, you can use a brush to remove the powder or wipe the inner bin with a wet cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth. Remember to clean the blade position while wearing gloves. When storing the grinder, ensure that the inside is completely dry, cover it, and place it in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight.

Note: The first use of the machine may have a slight odor, which is a normal phenomenon. You can grind some rice to help remove the smell. After grinding materials that are not dry enough or produce oil, be sure to clean the bin promptly to keep it dry, as failure to do so can damage the motor.
