2. Prepare your favorite ice cream batter and chill it thoroughly.
3. Assemble the attachment pieces onto the mixer as shown in the Use and Care Guide.
4. Important: Start the mixer on the "Stir" speed.
5. Pour the ice cream batter into the freeze bowl and mix until it reaches the desired consistency (20-30 minutes).
6. Remove the ice cream with a non-metal utensil and store it in a shallow plastic container for 4-6 hours.

Please note that pouring the batter into the freeze bowl before starting the mixer may cause the batter to freeze prematurely and lock the dasher. Also, ensure your freezer is set to -0.4°F to ensure proper freezing of all foods.
